- New 3,500sqm tertiary college facility on an existing site;
- Consisted of specialist labs, classrooms, student breakout spaces and basement carparking;
- Existing Building Services was replaced completely as part of the fitout works;
- Building Services condition assessment was carried out at the early stages of the project to determine the scope of upgrades required and this was used within the initial lease specifications and assisted with Landlord negotiations;
