Project Description

  • The redevelopment of C Drive was to enable ASB’s growing Technology team (over 2000 staff) to adopt internationally proven workstyles successfully in use by Spotify, Netflix and Facebook;
  • The resulting workstyle is a true first for New Zealand and has provided ASB with a workplace that attracts and retains the best talent in New Zealand;
  • Power / data provisions were based on ensuring full flexibility to allow workstation arrangements to be altered without involving specialist contractors for rearranging cabling to desks;
