- Xero is an innovative accounting software company: fresh, dynamic and growing fast. Their tag line for everything they do is “do beautiful”. Xero’s brief was to create an office environment that could adapt to their rapid change, bring together 3 existing office sites, and above all, “be beautiful” in every way;
- 700 staff are accommodated in this new home;
- Being an agile / ABW workspace, staff can choose where & how they work moment by moment. The office features a multitude of work settings – from private phone rooms & focused work booths, a variety of huddle & training rooms, to a diverse range of open collaborative areas;
- A central stair was provided to connect the 5 floors of the building, located adjacent to each floor’s café area. The stair features century-old reclaimed timbers, salvaged from the building’s refurbishment;
- The visual aesthetic throughout is rich and warm;
- 8,500sqm floor area;
