PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Point Apartments are situated on Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour in the centre of the city. The location of the apartments meant that for the upcoming 36th America’s Cup, they would be very close to proposed outdoor night-time concert events for some months which gave concerns about quality of living during this event.

Agile Engineering worked with the Body Corporate and the Event organisers through the Resource Consent process to establish acceptable noise limits that would support the event while avoiding excessive noise to the residents.
