This included guiding the design team through Green Star requirements, coordinating documentation, and ensuring that all disciplines aligned with the targeted sustainability outcomes. Agile worked closely with the client and project team to integrate practical initiatives such as rainwater harvesting and EV charging, while maintaining project scope, programme, and cost control.
