PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Greenfield development of a new 22,000sqm warehouse with offices designed to achieve 5 Greenstar Design and Built rating. The facility’s two storey corporate office of 1,031sqm has been designed for maximising natural daylight penetration advantage of natural light and provides a designated area for warehouse staff ablutions and locker space which is connected directly to the warehouse and carpark.
