PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Agile delivered a full building services fit-out for a high-end entertainment facility, incorporating multiple cinema and public spaces within a single integrated environment. The project included two Vmax auditoriums, five general admission cinemas, a Vmax bar and lounge, concourse areas, cinema entries, and general amenities.
The fit-out required coordination of mechanical, electrical, and building systems across a range of specialised spaces with varying acoustic, lighting, and operational requirements. Public areas such as the concourse and lounge were designed to support high occupancy and continuous use, while maintaining comfort and efficient circulation throughout the facility.
A key component of the project was the integration of cinema automation systems with the Building Management System (BMS), enabling centralised monitoring and control of core services. Agile also worked closely with base building contractors to coordinate interfaces and ensure seamless delivery across all building systems.
