The workplace was designed to provide a flexible and efficient environment, accommodating a range of working styles within a modern office setting. Coordination with the design and delivery teams ensured building services were integrated effectively within the architectural vision developed by GTA Interiors and executed locally.

Sustainability was a key driver for the project, with the base building targeting a 6 Green Star and Platinum WELL rating. Agile’s involvement supported the delivery of a workplace aligned with these performance targets, contributing to a high-performing and future-focused commercial environment.
