PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Agile delivered a 3,200 sqm office fit-out across Levels 1 and 2 of the Mid-City Building at 663 Colombo Street, Christchurch. The project involved reviewing the condition of existing building services and retaining as much of the infrastructure as possible, while upgrading the space to meet current workplace and performance requirements.
The fit-out provides a functional and flexible environment, including open-plan work areas, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and phone booths. Front-of-house areas and staff breakout zones were incorporated on each level to support a range of working and meeting needs.
A key focus of the project was integrating existing services into the refurbished design while achieving the client’s and architect’s expectations for a modern workplace. This approach supported efficient delivery while reducing unnecessary replacement of systems.
