PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Agile delivered a 3,500 sqm office fit-out across the ground floor and Levels 1 and 2 of the Vodafone Building at 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna. The project involved assessing the condition of existing building services and retaining as much of the original infrastructure as possible, while upgrading the space to meet modern workplace requirements.
The fit-out was designed to provide a functional and flexible working environment, incorporating open-plan office areas, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and phone booths. Front-of-house areas and staff breakout spaces were included on each floor to support both formal and informal interactions.
A key focus of the project was balancing reuse with performance, ensuring that existing systems were effectively integrated into the refurbished design. This approach enabled the delivery of a modern, efficient workplace while reducing unnecessary replacement of services and associated costs.
