PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Agile delivered a 2,030 sqm commercial office fit-out for Milford Asset Management on the top floor of 50 Albert Street, Auckland. The project consolidated staff from two separate levels into a single workplace, improving operational efficiency and team connectivity. The layout was designed to support flexibility, with a mix of open-plan areas, enclosed rooms, and collaborative spaces suited to a range of working styles.
The design incorporates a central landscaped courtyard, introducing natural light and providing a breakout area for staff and visitors. Interior elements draw on the New Zealand landscape, including a custom ceiling feature that references native forest canopies and helps distribute filtered light across the floorplate. Spatial planning and material choices respond to both functionality and user wellbeing.
Sustainability was a key consideration in the delivery of the project. Existing furniture was reused and refurbished where possible to reduce material waste and project impact. Finishes and detailing also reflect the client’s brand identity, with integrated wayfinding and colour selections inspired by local environmental references.
