A key feature of the facility is the Network Operations Centre (NOC), a purpose-built environment that monitors network performance and connectivity across New Zealand on a 24/7 basis. The space integrates technology, real-time data, and operational teams to support rapid response to network events and maintain service reliability. The workplace also includes 45 meeting rooms with hybrid capability and adaptable configurations, supporting both in-person and remote collaboration.

The building has been designed with a strong focus on sustainability and local identity. It targets a 6 Green Star rating, Platinum WELL certification, and a 5-star NABERSNZ energy rating, supported by features such as solar energy systems, rainwater harvesting, and facilities for low-emission transport. Cultural elements are integrated throughout the design, including Māori references in materials, naming, and spatial features, grounding the workplace in its local context while aligning with One NZ’s commitment to a sustainable and connected future.
