Key considerations included managing reverberation, background noise, and sound separation to support clear communication and effective learning environments. Agile worked closely with the design team to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that balanced performance with project constraints.

The project achieved a 6 Green Star Design rating, reflecting a high level of sustainability performance. Agile’s contribution supported Indoor Environment Quality outcomes, ensuring that acoustic performance aligned with broader environmental targets. The result is a well-performing education facility that supports both occupant comfort and long-term building performance.
