PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The building comprises of over 11,000m2 over 5 floors, with great sea views, however it was very tired, requiring a full refurbishment and repositioning in the market. The overall vision for The Strand refurbishment and base build was to provide the office building with a new lease of life; to modernise the façade, make it more inviting, upgrade the services, upgrade lobbies and common areas, and uplift the look and feel to a modern & contemporary workspace, that tenants would want to thrive in.
The new design defines the lobby, flanked by newly formed tenancies and leads you through to the lifts plus also extends to a rear lobby with new End of Trip facilities. The new End of Trip facilities provide good quality shower and changing facilities with lockers available via a tenant’s access card. Feature lighting has been added to highlight the height of the space previously ignored and adds a link to the level 1 lobby which will be refurbished to link with the main lobby.
