PROJECT DESCRIPTION

New commercial development consisting of 6 levels of commercial office spaces (22,000sqm), retail units, 2 levels of basement car parking and end-of-trop facilities. Full height atrium extended throughout the whole building. Designed for 6 Greenstar rating (highest available credentials from the Green Building Council, equating to world leadership in sustainable development).

Agile’s scope included integrated fitout design for all tenants which included Aurecon, Spaces, Vector, Metlifecare and Legend Studios.
