PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, demonstrated through its Homestar 7 certification and the use of durable materials and construction methods. The development also includes a productive community garden and incorporates cultural motifs that honor the iwi’s heritage and values. By integrating Te Aranga Māori Design Principles, the project ensures that Mana Whenua values are deeply embedded in its design, operation, and management.
Agile’s scope included the design, documentation and construction observation of the Building Services and Acoustics Engineering disciplines.
