PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Re-development of the iconic 18 level West Plaza building consisting of modern office fitouts, upgrade of podium levels for hospitality tenants, end-of-trip facilities and shared economy based services infrastructure. The Private Suites and Office Spaces are stripped back to concrete and rebuilt, complete with all new services, refreshed bathrooms, and custom designed for small to medium sized businesses.
Existing central and tenant Base Building Services was upgraded completely as part of the works with an aim to reduce energy consumption by 30%, and power factor to almost unity, achieving a significant cost saving and energy improvement for the owner and tenants.
