PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Commercial fitout, seismic upgrades and heritage restoration of the Church of Scientology’s new head quarters in New Zealand;
This site included a church hall, offices, library and auditing facilities;
Due to its existing age and condition, the Building Services within this existing heritage building was completely replaced;
Reticulation of services within a 1930’s building with limited spatial allowances is always challenging however this was overcome by utilising a combination of creating new floor voids and building cavity spaces;
