PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Johnson Corner is a co-sharing workspace which is designed to achieve a 5 star Greenstar Interiors rating. Agile were engaged as the Building Services, Acoustics and Greenstar Consultants for this project.

The previous fitout was very tired, requiring a full refurbishment and repositioning in the market. To achieve the project’s sustainability objectives,  the Building Services was upgraded completely, high performance acoustics was specified, green planting was employed throughout and new end of trip facilities were provided.
