PROJECT DESCRIPTION
With a revised workplace strategy, the decision was made to relocate to a location and building that aligned with Genesis’s brand identity and values. This Fanshawe Street 6 Greenstar base building was the perfect location to make this brand alignment happen. Genesis was excited to work in a building that connected with their wider sustainability goals, including processes such as recycling rainwater, utilising solar power, and state of the art energy heating and cooling systems.
Genesis used workshops and staff surveys to develop their new home, which gave the staff a personalised input into their workplaces creation.
