PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Standing tall in Auckland’s central business district, is 125 Queen Street – an iconic high-rise tower. Distinguished by its octagonal floor plate, the building presents a unique foundation for creating contemporary speculative suites, suited for a variety of modern tenants.  

The scope included a full refurbishment of the Building Services on levels 9, 10, 11 and 17.  The design focused on unlocking the potential of the building, with a thoughtful approach to enhancing natural light and creating a balance between practicality and aesthetics.
