PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Laidlaw College Foundation had sought to repurpose Auckland Council’s Civic Administration building into a mixed-use building incorporating tertiary education and commercial office space. Laidlaw College would be the head tenant fully occupying levels 1 and 2 in addition to a portion of level 3 and a portion of the Ground Floor across a total floor plate of 4,200m2. The project scope included the internal fitout of the campus coverage, in addition to upgrades or amendments required throughout the entire Civic Administration building (approx. floor area 9,000m2) relating to all building services.
